# I already paid for a screening report. Do I have to buy another one?

No. If you have a portable tenant screening report completed within the **last 30 days** -- covering name and address verification, rental history, credit, and criminal history -- we'll accept it at **no charge**, as long as you confirm in writing that nothing material has changed. Send it with your application and we'll waive the application fee.
