The answers to these questions are general answers that apply to most of our customers.  However, these answers are superseded by any lease or contract and we recommend you check your lease for specifics.

I have questions about my Resident Benefit Package (RBP), who should I contact?

 

Filter Delivery
1st email to primary resident containing tracking information once shipment leaves the warehouse
2nd email to primary resident once shipment is delivered
Customer Care 800-308-1186 (included on packaging) or your property manager can email their Second Nature Account Manager for request on behalf of resident

 

Rewards + Credit Building
Email to all residents (18+) upon enrollment with invitation to download app and create password
Reminder emails will be sent monthly if they have not signed up (Second Nature can manually resend outside of scheduled reminders, if needed)

Identity Guard
Email to all residents (18+) upon enrollment, provides ability to add credit cards, etc for additional monitoring

Insurance
An EOI (Evidence of Insurance) is emailed 30-45 post enrollment, typically around the 20th of each month.
