If they are on the lease, moving out does not alleviate the Tenant’s financial responsibility for the residence. Please contact our office and inform us as to who is leaving. You will also need to decide if the person moving out should be released from the lease, and their financial responsibility. If everyone currently on the Lease decides to allow someone to be removed from the Lease, then they will have to submit a Remove Tenant form & pay a lease modification fee.
