Utilities must be setup in your name PRIOR to receiving access to the rental unit. It's recommended you set utilities up as soon as possible after executing the lease and paying the deposit.

Which utilities are paid by the landlord can be found in your lease (usually section 2.1).

Which utility providers service your specific rental unit can be found in your lease (usually section 9.1).
Electric / Gas

Grand Valley Power:
For electricity in some parts of town requires new service requests to be made by calling (970) 242-0040 for opening an account.
Water
DO NOT SETUP WATER IN YOUR NAME - THE BILL WILL COME TO ECLIPSE AND WILL BE POSTED TO YOUR TENANT LEDGER.

The tenant will need a completed copy of the lease to set up service.
Clifton Water 970-434-7328 - Clifton Water must be set up by the Property Manager.
Sewer
DO NOT SETUP SEWER IN YOUR NAME - THE BILL WILL COME TO ECLIPSE AND WILL BE POSTED TO YOUR TENANT LEDGER.
