What is SureVestor Landlord Protection Insurance and what does it cover?

Eclipse offers SureVestor Landlord Protection Insurance to owners on our Landlord plan. It covers tenant-related risks that a standard landlord policy usually leaves out.

As published by SureVestor, the coverage includes:

  • Malicious damage — up to $35,000 in intentional damage caused by tenant vandalism or theft
  • Loss of rent — up to 12 weeks of rent for delinquency or skipped payments
  • Eviction costs — up to $5,000 in legal fees, including filing and defense costs, plus additional coverage for sheriff fees

SureVestor describes the cost as just over a dollar a day for the landlord, at no cost to the property manager. It is offered on the Landlord plan only, not the Investor or Commercial plans.

To talk through whether it fits your property, contact your property manager.

Coverage details on this page are summarized from SureVestor’s published information and were current as of August 30, 2026.
