I have a maintenance request, what do I do?
There are several methods to submit a maintenance request:
Online – After activating your tenant portal you can make maintenance requests online. Contact our office for assistance setting up your tenant portal. You will need to make sure to set up a portal with our maintenance software, Property Meld. Keep in mind this is a separate platform from where you pay your rent! During working hours – You can go online to make a request. Or you call us or come in and speak with our staff. Going online is the best way to submit a request!!
Non-working hours or Emergencies – Please call 719.581.RENT and select the option to put in a new service request to reach our after-hours call center.
