The answers to these questions are general answers that apply to most of our customers.  However, these answers are superseded by any lease or contract and we recommend you check your lease for specifics.

Sometimes I don’t receive an email from Eclipse or it goes to my spam folder. How do I keep this from happening?

This happens on occasion because your email provider accidentally marks our email as spam. To make sure you receive our emails and documents, it is a good idea to white list our email address as an allowed sender. You an also check your Junk or Spam folder if you expected to receive an email from us but did not get it and you find it there you can tell the email service that this is a valid email address and it will white list it automatically for you.
