I would like to pay rent using an ACH (Automated Clearing House) transaction initiated from my bank account and directly deposited into Eclipse’s bank account, how do I do that?

Unfortunately we can not accept ACH payments directly from your bank that are not initiated through the tenant portal as an eCheck.

This is because we have fiduciary trust bank accounts and can’t allow tenants to ACH money into it without it being associated with a specific rent charge. If we allowed direct ACH from everyone it would be an impossible accounting problem. It would also be a violation of the Real Estate Commission’s rules regarding trust accounting because each transaction would not be associated with a tenant and a charge.
